Annual Meetings
The SRRA holds an annual meeting of members to transact Association business. This event is usually held in November of each year and participants:
- Receive the President’s report, which summarizes key achievements and acknowledgements.
- Receive a report from the Treasurer including a summary of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report for the previous financial year. The Auditors for the ensuing year are appointed at that time.
- Consider and confirm (as appropriate) any special resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors.
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.

Monthly Director Meetings
The directors of the SRRA meet monthly from September to June to discuss matters relating to the Association and the neighbourhood.
Currently, future meetings are scheduled for the following dates:
2012 - February 8, March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, September 10, October 1 and November 5.
If you have any matter which you wish the directors to discuss at their next meeting, please email info@southrosedale.org
In order to keep our members and residents of South Rosedale informed of our activities, we will be posting on our website minutes of the directors' meetings.
