| Heritage Study | The South Rosedale
Heritage Conservation District Study was initiated by the SRRA in 2001 in
response to a neighbourhood concern about conserving the streetscape character
of South Rosedale. The Study identifies South Rosedale as an unique picturesque
neighbourhood in the City through analysis and evaluation of its historic
and architectural value. After several public meetings, the Study was adopted
by City Council in 2003. (prepared by E.R.A. Architects with the research
assistance of community volunteers and the financial assistance of more
than 125 residents)
